How to Prepare Manmeoksul Tea

Manmeoksul Tea comes in a 10g Compact Pack and a 50g Home Routine Pack. Both use the same warm-water preparation: measure 1-2g into a cup, add 240mL warm water around 60°C / 140°F, stir, wait 5 minutes, and drink.

Choose Your Format

10g Compact Pack About 5-10 cups. A smaller format for discovery, travel, or gifting. 50g Home Routine Pack Best value at home. Measure 1-2g into a cup.

Why the Wait Matters

Sulforaphane is generated when the natural components in Manmeoksul meet under the right preparation conditions. Warm water and a short wait give active sulforaphane time to form before drinking.

Active sulforaphane formation over time

The preparation window matters. Under the recommended warm-water routine, active sulforaphane formation rises after mixing and reaches its strongest range around 10-20 minutes.

The graph shows why warm water and preparation time matter. For both current tea formats, follow the label serving guide and wait about 5 minutes before drinking.

The serving guide uses a 5-minute wait so the preparation step stays practical and repeatable.
